A non-refundable $2,000 deposit is required to secure your requested date and time. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations
Deposits are not refunded for cancellations, missed appointments or last-minute changes because that time was reserved especially for you.
Rescheduling
One reschedule may be considered when reasonable notice is provided and another suitable date is available. Further changes may require a new deposit.
Arrival
Please arrive on time and prepared according to the instructions for your chosen service. Significant lateness may affect or cancel the appointment.
